The materials in this project will allow my students to perform experiments and be involved in real-world activities that will allow them to learn our science material while being engaged in fun and exciting ways. This is what science is all about and the "fun stuff" that gets them eager to come to school each day and ready to learn. STEM projects allow the creative minds and unique learning styles of the students in my class to challenge themselves and explore how we use science in every area of our lives. We will be building models, creating solar powered robots, and using renewable energy sources to develop, create or improve upon existing inventions.
