One area that my students need improvement in is listening comprehension. However, technology is a part of their daily lives. They will listen to a technological device when they play, even if it through educational games. I am requesting funding for 2 Ipads with cases so that my students can use the educational apps to learn while they play and engage in activities that they already truly love. Ipads can be used by individual students, students who share, small groups, and for End of quarter testing as well as Accelerated Reading quizzes. Having two additional Ipads in my classroom would ensure that my students have everything they need to make them successful in a world filled with technology.
