C.o.M. Academy is a school for students that are interested in pursuing careers in the medical field. The student population is 85% females and 90% minorities. The rigor is the school is set very high for my staff to challenge students and prepare them for their future. Even though the odds are against them, these are the hardest working students I have ever worked with. They work hard everyday, not just for a good grade also, for comprehension of the material. The school is small, so they work together to make sure everyone is receiving the information that is being taught.
