Not all of our students play cool tailgating games. We want to expose them to activities beyond contact sports like football, hockey, and basketball. Games like Frisbee golf, Badminton, washer toss, and large scale Jenga are healthy activities that can be enjoyed now and for a lifetime. In contrast to contact and high intensity sports, less strenuous sports such as badminton and Frisbee golf are suitable for people in all stages of life and can serve as physical and social outlets. Another aspect of lifetime sports is that you can continue to develop mastery and skill as you get older, with wisdom and experience.

About my class
