Putting up wall mats in my classroom to ensure the safety of my students during their activities, exercise and play. My project will prevent head/body collisions with the wall which can be very dangerous. I plan to use mats up to 4 feet high on the walls since most of my students are young. It will cover most of the playing/activity area which is 18-20 feet long. The part of the wall painted in light blue will be covered with mat. The mats also comes with vel-cro on the back which is great in case I ever have to move to another room. You can see how small this area is, so having mats will allow the students to get the most out of such a small space without reservations or worry of getting hurt. Please, help me keep my students safe.
