My students are awesome 4th graders from the Norwood section of the Bronx, NY. My students come from various cultural backgrounds and languages, creating a truly unique and diverse classroom. Many of them lack access to such resources at home which motivates me to provide various tools for them even more. They are funny, dedicated, brilliant, kind, inquiring minds who rise to any academic challenge presented to them. We learn together in a K-5 school that does the best it can for our highly impoverished population. Our school has a large ELL (English Language Learners) population and high needs for differentiation and authentic learning experiences. Our school diligently works together to deliver the best for each and every one of our students.
