I am a 3rd year teacher and one that loves reading! I have seen many lives change from picking up a book. I require my students to read at least 20 minutes every night. We had time today to read for about 30 minutes while I was testing. When the time ended almost every student was sad they had to stop reading. I even had one student who struggles in reading find a book that he was really getting into. I want to keep the desire to read going strong and help them to see the value in reading. We are at a low income title 1 school but these students are eager to improve and learn. Your help would be invaluable to our classroom and the future of these students as they move forward in their education. Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to hear from you!
