This project will purchase multiple Osmo Genius Kits. Each of these kits includes items to make my classroom IPad's interactive. The different kits and added materials will allow my students to engage with technology in a new way. I refuse to let my students classroom experience be typical- they deserve phenomenal and all that has to offer. This is a fun and exciting way to see what my students are understanding during the school day instead of a typical paper and pencil test. Exposure to technology like this can give them a step up in their future education and life experiences. Pizza Company is an easy game to discuss and practice supply, demand, and practice a real life money exchange. Coding games can give my students a leg up in the technology world and create building blocks into STEM jobs. The Monster creativity game can be used in all different subjects, particularly writing. A student can create their own character and then write a fabulous story to go along with it. Word games are simple and interactive review of important sight words students will come into contact the rest of their life. The cases for the Osmo's will help reinforce classroom values like responsibility, cleanliness, and respect. Each of these items will help me to create a classroom that is fun, exciting, and pushing new learning ideas to create lifelong learners!
