Student learning will be met with these supplies through the use of their math and science journals. Ream paper will be used for copies and hands-on learning, dry erase to use on desktops to solve problems, Amazon Fire tablets to help them explore and research while practicing skills, and other basic classroom materials for everyday use for math and science journals. These classroom supplies will be used for students to write vivid notes in their math and science journals, and projects, tablets for exploration and skills practice. Students will not have to worry about not having money to buy supplies mid-year. They can just focus on their academic progress and learning standards. Chair bands will assist in retaining student focus and keeping them engaged in the lesson. The scented pencils will be used as incentives for behavior or for rewards.
