Hello educational enthusiasts! My name is Tim Martinson and I am a physical educator at Copper Hills High School in West Jordan Utah. I teach 5 different classes within the PE department including; weight training, yoga, sport psychology and lifetime fitness. I am also a member of the boys' soccer coaching staff. My responsibility as a physical educator is provide students with the necessary tools to make healthy choices regarding physical activity and nutrition. My goal is to help students discover a personal interest in being physically active. As a professional teacher, I am always trying new and innovative things to reach my students. Often their interests are ignited through creative non traditional sport opportunities (i.e. badminton, pickle ball, handball etc.). I hope to raise enough money through Donorschoose to fund some exciting new activities for my students. Thank You!
