I will be using this book in 3 different courses affecting over 100 students each year. The Leadership Test is a book that students to see the leadership potential in themselves and reflect on their actions. First in Ethnic Studies this book will get the students to reflect on what it means to be a leader of social movements and making progress about others and not just themselves. Secondly in Education 1010 to encourage leadership in education. Also all of the Sterling Scholars at Copper Hills will read this book which increase their leadership abilities, a focus of Sterling Scholars.
