I am excited for the opportunity to expose my students K-6 to a rich repertoire of sounds, melodies, and rhythms. Their artistic experience will be greatly enhanced by making music with a variety of instruments. In our class each week, we will discover new elements found in music and use musical instruments to identify the beat in music, make new rhythms together, and create our own masterpieces. We will then use recorders and xylo-bells to learn melodies--eventually perfecting songs for school performances and presentations for parents. Your generous donations will contribute to a broadened academic and social experience, impacting them for years to come.
