Learning in my classroom includes more than bookwork. My goal is to meet the needs of the whole child. Students need to learn to be problem solvers, to have the tools that enable them to make good choices about the food they eat, how much they move, how they learn, and how they treat others. I strive to provide the opportunity to teach low SES students and their parents how to grow and prepare healthy foods at a reasonable cost. I will encourage students to exercise 60 minutes per day and focus on mental wellness and kindness. This will improve the life of the whole family. Thank You!
