In our classroom, you will see lots of young learners eager to learn all of the wonderful things in this world. Some excited to learn about animals, and some excited about the weather. What you will also see during your travel around is a lot of young children with lots and lots of energy! This energy often needs to be channeled in a specific, productive, direction! These gifts will allow students to channel their energy effectively! Not every student needs the same support, so allowing them choices will provide for less time lost on behavior management and more time spent on learning about the wonders of the world! Our students will learn how to be independent and how to cope with behaviors appropriately. Being provided with these gifts also allows me the opportunity to teach them about respect for others and how to be appreciative and thankful for those who help. One day they might be the ones helping you!
