Adding tablets to my class will provide a new and thrilling learning experience for my students. With these materials, I plan to use them to enhance teaching in a language arts and math learning center. In this center, we often use textbooks, pencil and paper. Since this method is used so often, introducing tablets to my students will be exciting and beneficial to my classroom. By advancing technologically in the classroom, there is a completely different method of learning that can be introduced to my students. My students learn best hands-on and tablets will provide that. Along with this, we will be able to connect to sources outside of the classroom that may not be found in the classroom. My priority is to reach students who are difficult to engage and motivate and adding tablets does just that. I can imagine the smiles on the faces of my students if I present them with tablets to use every day in class. This is a very exciting opportunity for them and I would love for them to experience it. In a world where technology advances every day, classrooms must also stay up to date. I would like to do this so my students receive the best education that is possible as we advance in the classroom as well.
