My students need a color printer to design covers and insert images and photographs into their books. Before a student can publish a book they will have planned, drafted, edited, revised, and had conferenced to get their story just right. Making a cover is icing on the cake for all their hard work. Your generous donation will be an investment in these young authors' future! Writing is an important skill students will need throughout their schooling and on to their careers. Their published books will placed on the shelf alongside some of the famous authors they read about in class like Robert Munsch, Cynthia Rylant, and Mo Willems. Students will begin to see themselves as authors and realize their voice can have an impact in the world.
