Welcome to my First Grade class! Our school is the largest and most racially and linguistically diverse elementary school in Oakland, CA with over 46 different languages represented by our student population. I have 28 students in my classroom, mostly English language learners. My biggest challenge is to have every student read at grade level by the end of the school year.
