Students now a days are in constant motion and being told to sit still for seven hours is nearly impossible for them to do. By implementing the use of these Yoga Balls, the students will be able to be moving while still sitting at their desk and listening to the teacher. I also feel that by using them, the amount of classroom distractions will be cut down. The little bit of movement that comes with the use of these yoga balls will help students stay more focused. I feel that by providing these for them, I will see a more positive attitude towards school as well.

About my class
