Students will have an opportunity to practice their reading skills using the materials requested. The books sets will benefit students by allowing them to read high interest, reading level appropriate text in a small group setting. The materials will be used in Literacy Circles. This will help increase reading fluency, comprehension and I hope a love for readings. Students will use these books to read, discuss, communicate and write about what they are reading, how they are connected to the story along with practicing visualizing, predicting, summarizing and questioning skills using the books.
