These exercise balls are going to help my student's reach their full potential. Studies show that when student's are using an exercise ball they also are using the core and back muscles. When the core is engaged both side of the brain is also being used which improves behavior and legible word productivity. Additionally, sitting still for a student with ADHD is sometimes a challenge so with the exercise ball and the stationary bike, my student's will be able to move freely which in return will actually make them more successful in the classroom. Your generous donation, will help with the attentiveness of my students while promoting good health.
