Every spring band students from across the State of Texas participate in a UIL Concert and Sight Reading Contest. One important aspect of performing is dressing professionally. To be viewed as equivalent to other schools, it would be beneficial for our girls to be uniformed and professionally visible for this event. Last year our school district's Fine Arts Department was able to purchase concert dresses for our school. To complete the outfit and look professional all students need to wear similar shoes. Many of our students do not have the financial means to obtain shoes specific for this event. I'm requesting twenty-four Womens Ballerina Ballet Flat Shoes to help us complete our outfits.
