Hello from Augusta, Ky! I teach grades 8-12 at a small school where the majority of our students are from low-income families and are on our free and reduced lunch program. Due to budgets at our small independent school, teachers (in the past) were only allotted 100.00 to use on their classrooms throughout the school year. We won't get that this year. I LOVE my students and I worry about them. They often tell me that coming into my classroom is like a "Home." They feel safe, loved, and it's a place they look forward to coming to every day. My students know that I like my room looking nice for them. I'm teaching them to appreciate what we have and I want to help them be the best that they can be! With your help in donations, you're helping me teach these things! My students appreciate you, I appreciate you! You have no idea what it means to me and my students. Bless you all for the donations you make!
