Our rug will be the center of our classroom. This is where we will start our days together each morning and where we will build our classroom community. It will be the place where we share ideas, read stories, think critically, and ask important questions. In our classroom, we know possibilities are endless when we work together, and having a rug and document camera will ensure we have the materials we need to learn from each other. The rug will be used for class meetings, whole group instruction, read alouds, peer collaboration, and so much more. The document camera will allow students to easily share their writing and math strategies with their classmates so everyone can learn together.
