The use of the Promethean Board is a daily activity in my classroom. I use it to teach with Google Slides, but I need a document camera to be able to display daily language exercises to expand useful academic vocabulary, use language and practice language in context of reading and writing. This helps my students be able to recognize what needs to be corrected with spelling, punctuation, grammar and word choice. I teach 6-8th grade ELA, so my grammar books change for their grade level. I have been writing the sentences on the board for each class. A document camera would allow me to display this information on my Promethean Board so my students can see clearly all over my room. By donating to my project, you will not only help to improve their ability to see the sentences clearly, it will also help the students to increase their academic achievement in English.
