Our library serves over 1,000 students. Our students come from low income families and don't have a lot of books at home. Many say they have no books at home. Some of them have never even been to a public library. Which we're are trying to change by partnering with our local library. Our students love to read so getting to come to the school library is a treat for them. Currently, our students love scary books and can't get enough of them. I am trying to get them to love all genres.
