My students come from from a myriad of backgrounds and intellectual abilities. I am currently working in my dream job and a Career Transition Specialist. I assist my students and their families create a plan to help them navigate life after high school. My goal is to make sure that ALL my students know all the services, and resources available to them after high school. Many of my students struggle to maintain employment and need support to help them obtain and maintain employment while in high school and after high school. The mission of my class and our community is to promote involvement of students, families, educators, employers, business partners, and other agencies in planning and implementing an array of services that will culminate in successful student transition to employment, lifelong learning and quality adult life.
