Our high school is an inter-city urban school with over 2000 students whom 100% qualify for free or reduced lunches. Over the last 2 years our library has not received any funding from our district to purchase new library books. Prior to this time our school went from a failing school with a state grade of an "F" to one point away from an "A". Our circulation has declined in the last two years with no funding.
