Our rural school is comprised mostly of low income, Spanish Speaking students. My special education classroom houses the most needy and most deserving of those. My students struggle in reading and math and have a hard time keeping up with their peers in other subjects. The Chrome Books we are asking for will help my students to work on individual skills and goals to help mastery of these basic skills. Most of these students don't have access to computers at home and often miss computer lab because they are working with me in Special Education. It is important to put computers in the hands of these struggling students.
