The book I have chosen is for 5th-grade students that are reading at a lower level. I wanted to provide the students with a high-interest but appropriate level reading opportunity. They are not easy to come by. In addition, the headphones are desperately needed due to our increased use in Chromebooks. Many of my students are not able to keep purchasing headphones every time they break. I want to take that stress off their plate. The markers are like pencils these days. An abundance is always needed. We used them daily for math, writing and spelling.
