My students are students who want to escape the feel and atmosphere of an inner-city school. They come to my school to learn and become functioning citizens of their community. My students come from a low economic community. But they do not let this bring them down. My students bring love for each other and their families to school every day. This love for each other, and the caring from the staff, creates a caring and loving community in our school that can be noticed by anyone who enters the building.
