My students are constantly discovering who they are by having opportunities to embrace responsibilities and learn from their mistakes. My school is a high priority school with over 85% of the students having free or reduced-price lunch. The students at my school are from low-income families who work very hard to support their children. Although I face many challenges every day, it is so rewarding to be a part of sculpting these young minds in becoming better contributors to their community.
