My students live in a high poverty area which brings many challenges to their life that work against them. In addition the school district is dealing with a severe funding deficit offering little to no help. Coming to school is their safe haven. When they walk into my classroom I want to be able to offer them a variety of tools to learn from not just thirty year old materials and books in extremely poor condition. They say it takes a village to raise a child, so please help me help my children learn in the best environment possible. Thank you!
