This project will improve their classroom by providing safe and usable materials for the students at their school. It will help us keep the students physically active, in shape and will help them build a better and positive relationship with an active and healthy life style. Students will be able to use the supplies in adaptive physical education to work on their fine and gross motor skills. My project will make a difference because I will be exposing over low income students to a sports they have never played, along with increasing their physical fitness and awareness of a new sport. The students will use basketballs, footballs, and soccer balls to play team sports. Additionally, they will use their gross motor skills through various physical activities with the jump ropes and other resources that will be supplied through this project. I firmly believe that improving the body also increases the mind and, through this project, I will achieve both.
