I have an amazing group of unique and energetic learners. Each student has their own story and many have more challenges in their lives at 5 years old than most adults will ever have. They worry about very real problems every minute of everyday. It can be extremely challenging to keep a child with so much on his/her plate actively involved and motivated about learning. I'm not just describing my class but the majority of students that attend my school. The routines and the daily "up and down" motion of my classroom are extremely vital in the success of my students.
