I teach Physical Science in one of several middle schools within our large district. My students are energetic and eager to learn science content daily. The district is placing a large emphasis on inquiry-based learning, which is something I very much enjoy and the students prefer. We do a new lab nearly every week that involves students to plan and complete investigations or experiments, analyze data, read textual information, solve critical problems, propose solutions, and complete projects. My students are not only interested and engaged in these labs and the learning involved, but they're also bright, eager, and fun-loving students. I couldn't have asked for a better group of young adults to guide through this year of physical science.
