Our students lead hectic and busy lives. With your generosity, these children could take a moment and listen to some gentle, relaxing music. Many of our students are musical learners. They listen to the rhythm and rhyme in their own homes. The project would allow them to experience music in a restful and soothing manner. We serve a large population of special needs and emotionally disturbed children. Music is an universal language and we hope to soothe their daily life stressors with this CD player and CD's. There are also sounds from nature included in our project that would also benefit a student in need of a calm moment.
