I am the Media Specialist at my high school 9-12 grades and I enjoy doing projects with students involving flight. Last year our school won our state's highest honor for high schools and we are very proud of our school. To stay on top I believe that students should apply what they know to real situations and actually see it carried out. The best way to accomplish this I believe is through a project. In college students will be expected to do projects of this kind on their own. By exposing them to a real life situation students will become familiar with doing procedures themselves without having someone tell them every step and this is exactly what each student will find out in college. Students will have to complete work on their own and be responsible enough to come up with their own data.
