Welcome! I am a Special Education Resource teacher in a high-poverty, low income school. My students have diverse needs and my goals for them go beyond the academic areas they come to me for support in. My mission is to have an active partnership with all school personnel, students and the community. I work to nurture individuals who value themselves and others. Ultimately, I strive to provide an educational foundation that enables students to have the ability to think, communicate, create and apply their learning experiences throughout their lifetime. It is my hope that this foundation will allow them to build lives for themselves that they personally define as "successful."
