My school is a place of hope, learning, and excitement for the largely diverse group of students who attend there. I work hard to create an environment that is well-differentiated in order to address the multiple needs of my very diverse group of students. Currently, my students use five different online programs to complete their curriculum throughout the day. These programs, which help enrich their math, reading, and language skills, are done using various Internet programs and allow students to work at the pace that is meant for them. I currently have 25 students and have only half of the technology needed to support my students. This creates a challenge in balancing adequate time for every student to achieve their online learning goals.
