Our school is a wonderfully diverse group of students who speak many languages and represents cultures from around the world. We have over 60% English language learners and 87% receive free and reduced lunch at our school. My first grade students come to school excited to learn and they inspire me every day with their perseverance and natural curiosity. Donors Choose has helped me give them more opportunities to reach their potential in all areas of the curriculum. Whether it is a snack for brain food, flexible seating, reading materials or STEM materials, the donations have helped them gain access to many educational projects!
