These materials will allow my online students to integrate science and art projects while they learn at home. The science flasks will make them feel like real scientists when they mix different materials in their study of matter. With pipe cleaners and Kool-Aid, they will be able to grow their own crystals. The terrarium kits will not only deepen their understanding of ecosystems, but will also help them understand their part here on Planet Earth. Distance learning can be exciting! These STEAM projects are just the thing to motivate and engage my online students and get them excited - even when learning from home. ESPECIALLY when learning from home!
