These hand blenders will make a difference in my students learning because with these, we can learn to create a wide variety of soups, sauces, and dressings while maintaining social distancing due to Covid-19. They will give my students the ability to stay at their stations and minimize the amount of hands touching the equipment between sanitizing while performing their tasks at a faster rate. We currently have only one hand blender for the class. Last year we were able to create different styles of dressings, however we only had time to complete the lab with 2-3 students per class period.
