I have the most wonderful group of students that want to learn. Despite most of my children getting free lunch or having difficult family situations, they come to school every day with a smile on their face and ready to learn. Whenever I am having a bad day because I am stressing about test scores or report cards, my children have a way of making me smile. I laugh with them every single day. They also teach me something new every day. I tell them that I am constantly learning, little do they know that they are the ones teaching me. As stressful and overwhelming as my job can be, I couldn't imagine not working with those 24 children every day. They make my heart happy and my life full.

About my class
