Our students are from the Castle Hill area in the Bronx. All students receive free lunch. Our school is a multicultural, diverse environment. We have children from all over the world. Many are from very poor countries. Students in our class come from Ghana, Yemen and Bangladesh. Some students live in shelters. My students are in the third grade. They are in an ICT class which consists of 12 students with learning disabilities.The other 15 students consist of general education students and second language learners. Our school is a Pre-K through 5th grade school. It consists of general education classes, ICT classes, small special education classes and ELL classes.
