Our school is part of a large school district in the Midwest which has a community partnership that allows our students the opportunity to gain exposure to careers and professions as well gaining college credit prior to graduation. Our urban students are low income which qualifies us as a Title 1 school. Our school has been in existence for 9 years and prides itself as having at least 90% of our students graduate and enrolled in post secondary education. A new initiative is to promote daily physical activity in all classes. My desire is to be able to give all our our teachers the tools to be able to accomplish this task.
