Our school has done a great job of empowering kids to learn by providing wonderful books at the school library. But students also need skills for online learning and research- skills that cannot be taught without computers. My students need Chromebooks so we can access the world of information on the internet. We will explore student-friendly databases, create computer-savvy products, and build excitement as we perform up-to-the-minute research projects. Five Chromebooks will enable us to begin exploring our 21st century curriculum, working in teams to find information and share it in a collaborative setting. We can't wait to get started!
