I work with English Language Learners in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. My students have just recently arrived in the country and are working hard every day to learn English and be successful in their content-area classes so they can achieve their goals. Nearly 100% of them are low-income and resources, both for home and school, are often hard to come by. Many of them have been through a lot yet they all show such dedication and resilience every day. They are hopeful, hardworking, optimistic, and ready to be a part of this great country. Thank you advance for your support!
