For years my students have struggled with basic reading, writing and math skills. Each of my students have a learning disability that makes it difficult for them to achieve general education standards. The majority of my students are English language learners which compounds their learning difficulties. My students work hard everyday to find success in classes they find challenging. Traditional instruction is hard for them to understand but using technology always makes them excited about learning. They are learning 21st century skills such as email communication, media literacy, web based research, coding, word processing and much more. Although we are a low-income school, we try our very best to integrate technology into our instruction.
