I currently work in an inner city school district. Approximately 95% of our students receive free or reduced lunch. The 2017-2018 school year will be our fourth year being open as a Pre-K through Grade 8 school. Each of our Kindergarten classrooms are comprised of approximately 27 students, one third of which are English Language Learners. Many of our Kindergarten students have never attended Pre-K so this will be their first year being in school They are excited about learning and making friends.
