This scenario is all too common in our schools today. Students with various academic, physical, and social/ emotional needs are seated in rows for hours at a time without having the opportunity to move about or interact with their peers. With growing 6th graders the desk and chair arrangement is just not conducive to learning with the demands of a modern education. Flexible seating will allow the necessary interactions and movement that the typical sixth grader requires. Whether it's for small group work or individual research, students will have the flexibility to explore and discover the right setting for them!
